Participant agrees to waive and hold the organizers and volunteers harmless to any damages or liabilities related to participation in the event.

2. No refunds for donations:

All donations made in Connection with this event are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation status, event rescheduling, and cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers control. Donations are made as charitable contributions to support the mission of Health Bridge initiative of donating to the UHF foundation.

3. Use of image and likeness:

Participant grants permission to the organizer to use and photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional and fundraising purposes, without compensation or further notice.

4. Compliance of rules:

Participant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the event and to follow instructions from event staff and volunteers.
